  • 50mm f/2 - fast standard lens
  • universally applicable
  • well suited for portraits, still life or landscape photography
  • manual aperture and focus adjustment
  • very nice bokeh

This inexpensive standard lens for full-frame cameras is relatively fast with an aperture of 2.0. With a focal length of 50mm, it can be used universally thanks to its "natural" angle of view of 46.8 degrees. The natural proportions are retained, making portraits, still lifes or landscape shots look very harmonious. The aperture can be closed continuously up to f/16, and with the aperture open even beyond the value specified as f/2.0 to around f/1.8. Thanks to the 9 aperture blades, the result is a very beautiful bokeh. The optical design with 6 elements in 5 groups ensures good image quality. The shortest focusing distance is 50cm. The high-quality full metal housing is very robust and has a 52mm filter thread. The aperture and focus settings are manual.
