You can use the supplied remote control or one of the two control buttons (1x on the front, 1x on the back of the device) to adjust the details on the ring light. The ring light has a continuously adjustable tripod mount. Thanks to the 16mm spigot (5/8 inch) spigot connection, the ring light can be attached to any standard lamp tripod. You can mount a camera on the ball head supplied and you can also take pictures with an iPhone or smartphone at any time thanks to the cell phone holder. Two hot shoe adapter holders (1x in the middle of the light, 1x on the top of the body) give you great flexibility when positioning your equipment. For example, a separate microphone can ideally be placed in the upper hot shoe holder, while your recording device is centrally located in the middle of the ring light.
Operation via mains adapter or with NP-F batteries
The Walimex pro Medow 960 Pro Bi Color light is ideal for both studio and mobile use. When used with the mains adapter, a 6 meter long connection cable ensures convenient connection to your power socket. Alternatively, the light can also be operated via the two NP-F battery slots. The batteries in the Sony NP-F series (or compatible) are very powerful and cost-effective. Both NP-F 740 and NP-F 960 or 970 batteries can be used and provide hours of power, even in mobile use.
