Payment methods
Various payment methods are available for your order in our online store. This allows you to conveniently choose the payment method that suits you best.
You can choose from the following payment methods:
We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. The prices are valid at the time of ordering (filling the shopping cart). All prices include the statutory value added tax.
Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide the desired goods and you will receive an advance invoice by e-mail. As soon as we have received the invoice amount, we will dispatch the goods.
Only goods that are actually delivered will be invoiced. If there is a subsequent delivery, a separate advance invoice will be issued for the corresponding items. Please note in this context the availability of individual items.
Please state your customer number and / or the invoice number, which you will receive in the advance invoice e-mail, when making the transfer.
If you return items, we will refund the amount to your account.
PayPal
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. Log in there and make the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can log in as a guest or create a new account.
In addition, you can select the option "PayPal Express" in the shopping cart. Here you will be forwarded directly to PayPal and all order-relevant information stored there, such as the delivery address, will be transferred.
The PayPal amount will be debited immediately. The PayPal payment method is therefore particularly recommended for items in stock.
If you return items, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account.
Credit card
With the credit card payment method, you can pay conveniently with your Visa or Euro / Master Card. Processing is carried out by an external payment service provider (NEXI). The data is transmitted securely via SSL encryption and therefore meets a high security standard. Your credit card details are protected and are not transmitted to us.
The invoice amount is debited immediately when you send your order. The credit card payment method is therefore particularly recommended for items in stock.
If you return items, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for regular customers (from the second order) who live in Germany.
Cash on delivery shipments are possible up to an amount of 3500,- Euro. You can pay cash or contactless by card upon delivery or at the DHL branch.
If there are partial deliveries due to different delivery times, you only pay the partial amounts.
If you return items, we will refund the amount to your account. Please state your IBAN on the returns slip for the refund.
